Where the numbers come from

  • Asking prices, not sales

Every figure comes from listings live on One Place. Final sale and rent prices can differ.

  • Medians first

The median is the middle listing, so a few unusual homes do not move it. The average sits next to it.

  • At least 2 observations

With fewer than 2 listings for a filter, an area shows as not enough data, never as a price.

  • One currency

Prices listed in other currencies are converted to euros, so every area compares on one scale.

  • Dated

This view was last computed on Oct 23, 2026.

Questions

Reading the atlas

No. They are asking prices from listings live on One Place. Sellers and landlords set them, and the final price can be lower or higher.

The map splits the areas in view into five equal groups, from the most affordable fifth to the most expensive fifth. Open a smaller area and the groups are worked out again for it, so the same colour can stand for a different price.

It has fewer than 2 listings for the market and property type you picked. Try All types, or switch between For sale and To rent.

Line up every listing by price per m²: the median is the one in the middle. The average adds them up and divides, so a few very expensive homes pull it up. When the two are far apart, prices in that area vary a lot.

Use View properties. It opens a search for the same place, with the same market and property type.

Yes. Share this map copies a link with the area and your filters, so the person you send it to sees the same view.
