These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and One Place OÜ (registry code: 17329841), an Estonian company ("we", "us", "our"), regarding your access to and use of One Place ("the Service"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to the One Place web application at one-place.com.

2. Service Description

One Place is an AI-powered real estate search engine. The Service provides:

• Property search functionality across multiple European real estate markets
• AI-powered natural language property search and recommendations
• Property information aggregation and display
• User account management and saved preferences

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of One Place. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation

5. Real Estate Information Disclaimer

Property information displayed on our Service is sourced from third-party providers and may not always be current, complete, or accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings, prices, or availability.

One Place is not a real estate broker, agent, or service provider. We do not facilitate real estate transactions, provide real estate advice, or represent buyers or sellers. Any interactions with real estate professionals through our platform are directly between you and those professionals.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by One Place OÜ. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service functionality described above. Third-party property listings remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Place OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (A) the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (B) EUR 100. EU consumer rights cannot be excluded by these terms. We do not guarantee that the AI features will produce accurate results.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data (profile, search history, saved properties) will be permanently removed. We may also terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Estonian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court, Estonia. EU consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence and may seek assistance from their national consumer protection authority.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
