You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Property information displayed on our Service is sourced from third-party providers and may not always be current, complete, or accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings, prices, or availability.
One Place is not a real estate broker, agent, or service provider. We do not facilitate real estate transactions, provide real estate advice, or represent buyers or sellers. Any interactions with real estate professionals through our platform are directly between you and those professionals.
The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by One Place OÜ. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service functionality described above. Third-party property listings remain the property of their respective owners.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Place OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (A) the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (B) EUR 100. EU consumer rights cannot be excluded by these terms. We do not guarantee that the AI features will produce accurate results.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data (profile, search history, saved properties) will be permanently removed. We may also terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Estonian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court, Estonia. EU consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence. The European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
