Stone House for Renovation in Šempas Centre

Description

This stone house, located in the centre of Šempas, has two entrances leading to a storage area and a living space. The ground floor includes a kitchen with a dining area and living room, as well as a bathroom, while the first floor features two bedrooms connected by a hallway. The roof and façade were renovated in 2005, but the house requires further renovation, including replacing the wooden floor and repairing the ceiling near the attic. A small wastewater treatment system can be installed, allowing for a parking space.
