Pricing questions
What is included in the free plan?
Unlimited property search across every market we index, unlimited favorites, unlimited saved searches with email alerts, and up to five boards you can share with anyone. There is no card to add and no trial to run out.
What does Pro add?
Unlimited boards, a lead pipeline you work as a kanban board, activity tracking on every lead, and agentic search: you describe what you are after and an agent works the whole market for you.
How much is Pro and how is it billed?
39 € per month, or 399 € per year on the annual plan, plus VAT. Payments run through Stripe, and you can move between monthly and annual whenever you like.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the billing page in your portal, at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account goes back to free. Nothing you saved is deleted.
Is there a trial?
There is no automatic trial. We hand out time-limited Pro trials and one-time invite links instead, so ask us if you would like one. When a trial ends the account returns to free with everything in it intact.
Does my plan cover every market?
Yes. Every plan covers every market we index, which is most of Europe. There is no per-country pricing and nothing to unlock for a specific market.
