It is a tool built for real-estate professionals as much as individual investors, with a denser interface than ours and white-label exports for agencies, something One Place does not offer yet. The site itself is French-only, with no English interface. It stops at France and at the euro, though, and its three search modes are still filters, even when they are weighted by priority.
