Development Land with Ocean View in Lagoa

Beschreibung

This plot of 43,806 m² offers a dominant position with a splendid ocean view. An architectural project, designed by a Barcelona architect, is approved for an old agricultural property on the site. The contemporary construction, spread over 255 m², features four distinct volumes and an internal courtyard, with a two-tiered roof that nods to traditional Portuguese country houses.
