One Place vs MoteurImmo
MoteurImmo does not publish its own listings. It aggregates them from hundreds of French portals and agencies, then adds its own filters, its alerts, and public data such as the energy rating (DPE), the land registry, and recorded sale prices (DVF). It is a tool built for real-estate professionals as much as individual investors, with a denser interface than ours and white-label exports for agencies, something One Place does not offer yet. The site itself is French-only, with no English interface. It stops at France and at the euro, though, and its three search modes are still filters, even when they are weighted by priority.
