Future Residential Development in Rotterdam

Kirjeldus

This future residential development in Rotterdam will feature a mix of approximately 200 homes for both young and older residents, available for purchase and rent. The project includes a library, health centre, and additional community facilities such as the Wijkhuis, SKVR, and CJG. Designed as one of Rotterdam's largest timber construction projects, Populus will integrate social, cultural, and health services, fostering community connections.
